Early June saw annual meetings for several consulting engineering associations, with the announcement of new officials for the year 2011-2012.

The new chair of Consulting Engineers of Ontario is Bill De Angelis of Associated Engineering. The new president of the Association des Ingénieurs-Conseils du Québec (AICQ) is Luc Vermette, ing. of the firm Johnston-Vermette.
Consulting Engineers of Alberta’s new president is Gord Johnston of Stantec Consulting.
At Consulting Engineers of B.C. the new president is Doug Hinton of Hatch Mott Macdonald.
