Dessau-Soprin, consulting engineers of Montreal, is buying Consultants VFP of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.

Dessau-Soprin, consulting engineers of Montreal, is buying Consultants VFP of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec.
Dessau-Soprin’s president, Jean-Pierre Sauriol, said that the transaction will diversify their expertise in the field of industrial processes and give the company a greater presence in the Mauricie-Bois-Franc region.
The acquisition is undergoing a due diligence review.
Consultants FVP was founded in 1959 and has almost 1,000 specialized employees in Trois-Rivieres, Sept-Iles, Quebec and Sorel.
Dessau-Soprin was founded in 1947 and has 1,900 engineers in 30 cities in Canada and abroad.
