Also, the Ontario Concrete Awards are now part of the Construct Canada Trade show (to be held December 1-3) at the Toronto Convention Centre. The deadline for entries is Friday, October 8, 2004. Categories include Architectural, Structural, Material Development, Specialty Concrete Products, and — a new category – sustainable development (projects in which concrete materials were used efficiently to minimize the economic, social and environmetnal impact). Prizes are worth over $14,000 and include free exhibition space in the Construct Canada trade show in December.
