SNC-Lavalin has acquired DTI Telecom Inc., a Montreal engineering and consulting company of 65 professionals that specializes in telecommunications.
The company has been designing telecommunication systems and networks for 35 years, serving the cable TV, electricity, transportation and public security sectors.
Daniel Y. Zann, president of DTI Telecom, said the company was proud to be joining SNC-Lavalin “first of all to provide our clients with a complete range of engineering and project management services for he development and operation of their telecommunications’ systems, but also to give DTI specialists an opportunity to contribute to the technological know-how of major international projects.”
