This year’s theme for the 2002 ACEC National Convention, being held in Charlevoix, Qubec, is “Are We Leaders, or Are We Doomed to Follow?: Tomorrow’s Engineers.” Key clients from both the private and public sector will be sharing their views on the services provided by engineering firms. The discussions will focus on the changes engineers are facing in the delivery of projects and in their relationships with their clients and the general public. We will have client representatives from the Energy, Industrial, Government and International sectors, who will present an overview of their industry and future trends that will affect Consulting Engineers. We will also see the return of last year’s very successful CEO Roundtables. Convention information can be found on the ACEC web-site at www.acec.ca.
