Roger Jinks, P.Eng. is now president of AMEC’s Earth & Environmental operations (formerly Agra Earth & Environmental). A graduate in civil engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology in London, U.K., Jinks has been with Agra since 1987, mostly as executive vice president of the company’s western Canada, U.S. west coast and international operations. He succeeds Dr. William Siusarchuk who retired after 27 years with the company. Other appointments are Ian Darrach, P.Eng. as executive vice president in charge of western and international operations, George Boire as a vice president in Mississauga, Ontario and Peter Lund as vice-president in Halifax.

Dick Engineering of Toronto, has restructured. Donald D. Dick, P.Eng., founder of the firm in 1969 and formerly president, is now chairman. William, J. Dick, P.Eng., who joined in 1976 moves from vice-president to president. Mark J. Keon, P.Eng. becomes vice president, Chris Drimba, P.Eng. is vice-president, industrial, Robert J. McNeely, P.Eng. is vice president, project management, David Noel, P.Eng., is vice president, automation, and James A. Purvis, P.Eng., is vice president, engineering.

Teshmont Consultants of Winnipeg has appointed David L. Stregger, P.Eng. as president. He takes over from retiring president Jack Scriven, P.Eng.

Appointments at Morrison Hershfield (as well as a move to larger premises on Yorkland Boulevard in Toronto) have made Catherine Karakatsanis, P.Eng. vice president, human resources. Anthony Karakatsanis, P.Eng. is now vice president, telecommunications and Bryan Evans is vice president, municipal.

Bruce Bodden, P.Eng. has been appointed president of MMM (Marshall Macklin Monaghan) of Toronto. Bodden started with the firm in 1969 upon graduating from the University of Waterloo. Since 1991 he was executive vice president of operations.
