Chantal Morasse, ing. has been appointed to the board of directors of Tecsult of Montreal. Ms. Morasse has been with the company since 1984. She is the first woman to hold a position on the board at Tecsult.
The Mitchell Partnership of Toronto announced three appointments in March. John S. Lowden, P.Eng. is now president, Donald E. Cruikshank, P.Eng. is vice-president, and Philip A.J. Bastow, P.Eng. was made a partner.
Acres International of Toronto has a new president. Tony Hylton P.Eng. joined the company this March and will initially be based in Calgary. He is a graduate of Manchester University in the U.K. and has worked on many oil and gas projects in Canada. Dr. Oskar Sigvaldason, P.Eng. will continue as president of Acres Incorporated and as chairman of the principal operating companies.
Changes at Keen Engineering’s Vancouver office have seen M.H. (Sid) Siddiqui, P.Eng. made general manager. Ahmet A. Ulker, P.Eng. is manager of electrical engineering (Ulker was formerly with Earth Tech and is an editorial advisor to this magazine).
