Equipco, which represents Rehau’s polymer-based components for the mechanical and plumbing market in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, recently expanded the companies’ partnership to reach British Columbia, as well.

As a manufacturers’ representative, Equipco has built relationships since 1982 with engineers, architects, contractors, designers, builders, maintenance personnel and distributors. While the company was founded in British Columbia, it has grown from coast to coast, today comprising some 35 employees and more than 14,000 sf of office and warehouse space carrying plumbing, HVAC, electrical and smart-home products.

“Rehau is excited to expand our partnership with Equipco in Western Canada,” says Mark Hudoba, vice-president (VP) of Rehau’s building solutions for the Americas region. “Equipco’s depth of industry experience will make a positive difference.”

Through the expanded partnership, Rehau’s product experts will work with Equipco’s staff to deliver comprehensive support to customers.

“We look forward to growing sales through our strong relationships with engineers, wholesalers and contractors,” says Jason MacKenzie, managing partner of Equipco. “We offer complementary hydronic products and anticipate strong synergies in pairing them together.”
