UMA obtains ISO 9001 certification

UMA Group has received ISO 9001:2001 certification. The certification is a worldwide standard for quality management system.
UMA, whose head office is in Burnaby, B.C., underwent a year-long exercise to revamp and streamline its existing quality management system.
By achieving ISO 9001 certification, UMA has demonstrated our commitment to meeting all client, regulatory, and other project requirements, and to meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients, said Jim Stewart, UMA’s president and chief executive officer.
