Lidia Pawlikowski, based in Oshawa, Ont., is the health and performance practice lead for Hub International, a brokerage that provides employee benefits and business and personal insurance products and services. She has 20 years’ experience designing, implementing and evaluating strategic health-related programs in the workplace, including those focusing on mental health for women professionals, and has taught at Centennial College in the post-diploma workplace wellness and health promotion program.
